I would like, to run a 3582/84R on my B18C2 build. But I can't find, no one on the internet. Showing what RPM these turbo's starts spooling on this B18C.

Garrett list the flow data on their website in my exp with modern tuning and e85 you can get them to spool pretty quickly, a later spooling engine will help make the engine last longer also it will put less pressure on things if the torque comes in later
