Great video. We were sitting near you on deck 15 the first day. We have found they have often opened that top bar on the first day of the cruise and that’s it for the remaining of the cruise. They did wind it up early on day three, shut at 4 pm. They need more chairs on deck 15, it’s one of the few spaces you can get some shade in the afternoon.
