Ba Gua Zhang teaches us to use the spiral in different ways.
In our basic spiral drill, students learn how to control the center of the opponent through the creation of special as well as to break the spirals.
Even though the drill here shown is not jet a fighting application, it teaches us valuable skills to transfer into all Ba Gua applications.
