You should be able to find some taxis around. Not sure about Grab. That's one of the reasons we booked a private car via Klook.com and it's going to cost about the same anyway

There's actually a map in the cable car on the way up. I'm sure there should be more maps available at the ticket counters too. Getting around on foot to most places and there's always either another cable car or funicular train to connect tou to further away places
