Sir my father is hawaldaar and still His battery commander and CO Helps me a lot in giving guidance ... I'm in cantt, so whenever we are absent in game period we get called by captain and major sir for the game period.... Last year when I came to my cantt after lockdown I had 90 kg weight . I got trained by subedar sir and many army person that i lose 21.5 kg in just 5 months... For me Army gives u a life.. A better life Jai hind sir Big fann💖💖💖

The main problem with the _Agneepath_ scheme is one of fairness. There is no provision for disability pension for an injured _Agniveer_ and for family pension for families of fallen _Agniveers._ Those are are the main sticking points of the scheme, the rest of the problems can either be worked out along the way or are just steam.

few days ago my father's commanding officer visited us as my father was on leave that time than my father's company commander called him that '' CO sahab aapke ghar aa rhe hai '' i still remember my father was standing like a straight rod and he was very happy that he is so lucky that CO is arriving to his home , and believe me when sir arrived at our residence he never made us feel apart and he used to say my father " yaar " and throughout his whole journey he was with his family and stayed in hotel and he asked for my father's bike to travel around our city . THIS IS CALLED INDIAN ARMY !! 💙💕

Sir with all due respect i have seen this with my fathers friend and even my father had face this discrimination, i had a classmate who is now in nda and his father was a brig in the army and i remember him saying to an NCO ki "gadi ka darwaja khol" like what the hell he is your father buddy not your driver i felt so bad that day because i knew that soldier he was my father's friend and i understand what happen to those who are just jawan. Sir my father work as a security guard in nofra (Naval Officers Residential Area). And i have seen officer threating my father with respect. Some officers don't socialize that much. And i can understand the work load of being in the army. But i have never seen or Heard that any officer harrassing any worker. They do infact correct them on their mistake. My father is always get the invitation for office party which aren't private. And on special occasions like navy day, Independence day. They order my father and other civilian to bring their family. I once got a chance to go in navy day celebration. And i got 1st prize on a game. And the commodore himself congratulate me. And we had a good chat for 30 min. He was very sweet and professional. My father sometimes faced problems with officers but it was because some people aren't their work properly. I never seen any officers harrassing someone. They were either sweet and outgoing. Or just super professional only thinking about work and stuff. 😊

Sir my mama g is also in army at sipahi rank he also started preparing for ACC so one day he was on night duty at the gate so a officer saw him studying then he appricted him and make him his buddy then my mama only have to do is study.... and the offier motivated him a lot and my mama qualified the test and every part ....

Jai hind sir Thank you sir positivity you developing and encouraging youth is great work. I respect you, your word and foremost your designation. I subscribed your channel and following all your videos since 6 months literally your content is so interesting. I was listening wtever you said constantly without skip a single second. Being a part of Army since many years. I respect every individual who is serving or retired individual's and whole organization. It's not a job for me, it's a my childhood dream my passion to live combat life. It gives me many things to me and my family " sachi Dil se ijjat". Adventure and thrill I love. OK come to point buddy duty, wtever you said I agree but few things are not as you believes, like you said 1% officers are defaulters that percentage is too low from the actual numbers. Why I am saying this because I suffered a lot while doing buddy duty. Literally that was a traumatic torture I not just physically mentally too harassed. Depression level was uff, just about to give up and reached to that extent I am about to quit my dream life. What actually happened I don't want to mention that but I am 100% sure I was not .01% wrong, no fault from my side. What they told me to do "bss mera jameer mujhe gawahi nhi de raha tha" denied from doing that work and I suffered. Chain channel system you mentioned if individual have any trouble he can follow. I followed channel from CHM to CO, till I reach to the CO my impression was "khonkaar darinda" only defaulter in the regiment. Before every interview with any channel, I have to be in no.1 Uniform wait outside there office till 3'o'clock sometimes time exceeds without having lunch, everybody avoids n makes me feel like I am "hatyaara" defaulter having charges of killing someone. Every day they told me to come tomorrow in better discipline and this repeats at every channel. Finally after unremarkable harassment I detailed and removed from buddy duty "ek nayi jindgi Milli Ho jaise". Finally thanks however I removed from that duty and THAT WORK. But I still under surveillance of that officer and two three more. Here I have story One true story when I was in peace location in 2016, that time one incident happened with my unit soldier, he is my senior. That guy was buddy of one officer. There kids were studying in the same school. One day both kids fight with each others usually it happens. Officers kid said your father do polishing my fathers boots and my boots every morning. From that day everyone do the same comment to him. That ashamed and humiliation my seniors kid feels and shared with his parents. That was like tragedy in his life, I think that kid will never forget that statement forever in life. Finally her wife detained quarter and went back to her village in the mid of the year. After that he is still single man. I don't have any personal opinion on this. Second problem is some officers wife should know how to behave with the soldiers no matter what trade, rank,village or background he belongs, he is soldier keep in mind. That's it.

Aapka Chain of command wali baat sahi hain. Par kuch Officers neh Fauj ko business bana rakkha hain. Regimental funds ka croro rupay khud kha jaata hain. Agar koyi complain karke court of enquiry bithwata hain to doshi saabit honeh seh lenaden karke officers ka posting karwa diya jaata hain. Complain karneh waleh jawaan ya JCO ka haalat aisa ho jaata hain ki unhe suicide karna parta hain. Balidaan badge pehenneh wala Jawaan JCO ka plate dhulata dekha hain maine. Sabhi jagah aisa nahi hotah aur sabhi log aisa nahi ho sakta. Kuch officers Bhagwan k barabar hoteh hain. Mujhe bhi apneh zindegi mein Achche officers mileh hain. Main naam bata sakta hoon woh retire ho chukeh hain. Col. Sugato Sen SC. Unke baareh mein koyi bura nahi bolta tha. Bureh seh bura Aadmi bhi unke baareh mein Bura nahi bol paata tha. 25% officers corrupt hongeh abhi corruption kam ho raha hain. People too take discipline for slavery in defence forces. Pls also explain why discipline in armed forces is important and what are the consequences when discipline falls.
