Wounds that immediately became second wind or fiend fire fuel. With pyramid that means Firebreathing is doing 0-20 aoe damage per fight. Even without pyramid it would only be like 0-50 weighted more towards the lower end. The only fight firebreathing would do meaningful work in was Donu & Deca and he clearly didn't need help in that fight. No point in effectively adding a curse to your deck for one fight that's already solved.

Cursed key is the biggest reason, it’ll only go positive in act 3 which is eh, especially when the opportunity for cursed key it better. Theres also the rarity aspect because the matryoshka relic can’t be rare.

Okay here's the reasoning A. You need to see anothet chest in the future which is not guaranteed especially if you take cursed key as the act 1 boss relic B. It only shows an extra relic of the uncommon and common rarity. No helix, no stop watch. No peace pipe C. You might pickup the said items above and have to get the blue key later in the acts
