What Up Peeps,
Since the festive season was on, I randomly ordered from this place called Baap of Rolls. I tried their kathis at home and enjoyed them. Finally I called up the owner and asked for permission to record. They told me its a cloud kitchen and I am welcome to shoot. Finally i visited and saw a small kitchen with 3 to 4 people working on their orders. I ordered as per their recommendations of Butter Chicken Roll, Tandoori Chicken Roll, Paneer Garlic Roll and Mutton Seekh Roll. The size of the Kathi was pretty big and filling as well. Pricing is a bit on higher size however gets reasonable with all discounts on swiggy and zomato. They have branches across Delhi Ncr. Check out my reaction to this lovely cloud kitchen.

Also thanks for being so honest about the ratings.. A few people raised questions when u covered pakeezah a week back and didn't give it such good ratings.. Ridiculous price point of these rolls ... probably Delhi-ites are stinking rich, so not worried about their money. I come from Kolkata, which is by far the best place in India for rolls (purely personal opinion) ... Going by their size and prices, you would get much bigger and better quality/variety of rolls in Kol. Go try them once, you will forget this Baap of Rolls !!!!

@@Arorashoaib When you actually do, pls go and try from an outlet named Jabbr Afghani ... they apparently make a 10 inch roll priced in the range of INR 275. I haven't had it myself yet, but heard/seen so much, it's on my radar for my next India/Kolkata visit 😀

Its not about being stinking rich , you get decent rolls here for as low as Rs 60 ,in places like CR Park who cook it the authentic Kolkata way . People actually have a choice to go for what they want ,like in any metro city in India , as far as it sells whom are we to complain ?

I have been to kolkata... Nizams ka hi roll khaya tha.. Worst I have ever tried.. Paratha kam puri zada tha wo and only one flavour they have... Fried chiken in sweet paratha and no sauce.... Who can eat such dry rolls 🤦‍♀️

@@hungryyatri280 Bhatia saab, Nizam is well past it's prime. I personally moved out of Kolkata 22 years ago, but I hear/read about which eateries are upcoming, at its peak or fading away. Next time when you are in Kolkata, pls try Kusum Rolls (Park Street) or Jabbr Afghani (multiple outlets). I bet you will relish them ....
