Baba is such a well known dessert around the world that it barely needs any introduction, but let me tell you that this version of baba is not your ordinary one as it is built in a verrine glass and it combines the classic French baba with exotic fruits macerated in mango, after being soaked in a lemongrass citrus syrup. Everything about this dessert says refreshing, delicious, light!
The elements of this baba with exotic fruits are:
White chocolate chantilly
Baba
Lemongrass citrus syrup
Macerated exotic fruits
Just 4 elements, but they all build their path to an amazing outcome! They are all delicious on their own, but even better together!
This recipe yields 10 verrine glass of 150ml volume each.
