I met Ted Turner during the 1983 America’s Cup in Newport Rhode Island. Ted was very good friends with my boss who was the largest contributor in funding The Americas Cup. Ted was affectionately called Captain America! He was given the moniker when he won the 1980s America’s Cup.

Honestly, this is probably the 10th time I watch this and each time I come closer peeing myself because I can't stop laughing. He was an amazing performer, but what most folks never realize was he was a five star comic and never knew it. You never knew what to expect that would come out of his mouth and I would tune in every time he had some interviews scheduled just for morbid curiosity.

Georgia State Trooper arrested James Brown for reckless speeding. James Brown led 14 State Troopers on a two state chase. After all four tires were shot out, James Brown got out of his vehicle and entertained the Georgia State Troopers by doing a splendid rendition of "I Feel Good" while singing and dancing and doing the splits on a South Carolina highway!😂 When asked what did you do? The State Trooper said he just watched Mr. Brown until he finished singing and dancing and doing the splits. When Brown was finished the Trooper arrested him. 😂 Hello Ted!
