Hey there I don't want to comment on dropping this camera since it shouldn't be dropped in the first place! As for the HX50V, I haven't look much into it because the price is a ripoff, but a huge difference I've noticed is that it's optical zoom is increased by quite a bit.

Love my old hx30. But you’re right. The flash should have just been built into the body. Mainly because it doesn’t even tilt. Some pop up flashes allow you to pull it back to bounce up off the ceiling.

No, just a regular camera.

@@Babblingboolean I already test to use it as webcam I did it today in the morning it works just fine I just have to change the original charger and take out the battery. It works perfect u did a very good job in this video ty bro!

@@josesantos5065 yes and not, it can do streaming using capture video device via HDMI streaming using micro HDMI or mini HDMI don't really remember well and it also needs to be connected to the power,.and remember needs to do a crop on your favorite streaming software to disappear camera data as date....
