She’s a lovely lady, kind and well-spoken! She made me think back to the days when I was myself a student (I’m now in my sixties), and also took waitressing jobs during the holidays to earn much needed cash. It’s hard work, long hours, and the pay wasn’t great, even then. But- we know that if we worked hard, and served the customers well, we could earn a nice extra. Can’t believe how badly the conditions have deteriorated since then! Utterly shocking, and I truly hope law enforcement will put a stop to the exploitation of vulnerable people.
