Btw, I have an option to get either the brand new Hisense U7H, U7K or a second hand Sony x90J used for roughly 1.8 years at 35k... all in 55 inch size. Between these 3 which would you say makes the most compelling offer? I mainly have night time usage for games on PS5 and media(movies, TV Shows). So I need a TV which will be great for both. Thank you for your kind words brother. The U7K will be the way to go for me. Its a Mini LED TV with great brightness for HDR content and it also supports 4K@120hz for gaming. And as far as a TV goes, I'd just get a new one and not a used one brother.

I have a 10 year old Sony LCD TV which still works as bought, can't say the same for Hisense and whether it'll perform without any hiccups even for 5 years. Sony clarity would surely be much better. Either way, I'm still hung up and probably need to see Hisense demo in person

I anyways suggest everyone to check their TV's properly during the replacement period, as you can always replace or return your TV if you find any issue out. I also got my Hisense U7H replaced without any Fuss due to Dead Pixels on my unit.

@@whytushar both panels have their plus and minuses brother. IPS gives better viewing angles but the contrast is not as good as VA panel which has poor viewing angles. So take a panel type according to your needs. I will take an IPS panel if I’m going for 55 inch and above as the viewing angle matters to me.

I'm afraid to go purchase because if such happens to me my money will go in vain , and as far as i know all brands have poor after sales service

Hisense TV's offer more value for money over the entry level TV's of LG and Samsung. If you need similar features in LG and Samsung models then you will have to pay a lot more. So if I want to enjoy similar features as a High end LG or Samsung and if I am on a tight budget then I will choose to go along with Hisense. The size will depend on your viewing distance.
