That backlight bleed is due to IPS panel almost all IPS panel will have this bleed but the percentage of bleed varies. In budget TVs either IPS/VA panel is used In VA panel there's little or no Backlight bleed and contrast ratio will also be better but Viewing angles won't be good in VA panel for this very reason TV manufacturers won't disclose whether a certain model uses either IPS/VA Panel

I am having same Gloled 43" for Rs 23500 with offer and working good for last 15 Months. Also 2018 I had bought VU normal 32Inch HD Ready LED and its still working good after 6 year with some dead pixels. Means for the given price its giving tough competition to the higher brands.

1st LG TV one of the best quality Display & long life but we can face only the motherboard issue, we haven't face any manufacturing defects on display and from customer end aslo 2nd SONY TV has good picture quality and top class inbuilt speaker but we can face display and motherboard complaint after 3 to 5 years Samsung I'm not recommended nowadays but the old model is Good But any good branded tv you buy, if you continue watching daily 6hrs or above after 3 to 4 years need to change BACKLIGHT LED Disclaimer: Only LED TV not OLED & QLED I Recommended LG TV but little costly And buy 4k because if any vertical line comes on display we can bypass the voltage line in display after bypass we can watch 1080p

I too have Acer tv. Go to settings and change the sharpness to zero. Default sharpness will be higher. Picture quality looks 10x better with that settings change.

i have the same ACER model TV. i removed the sticker year ago...and few months back i got dust inside the display without no reason...so i got a replacement TV and i havnt removed the sticker in this new TV now (only removed that right top featuresticker).... Acer quality is good, only sound is not that great. but it is the same on most TV i have seen. we need to use external speakers only if it is a large room.

About VU, i bought one back in 2015 when they first launched, it was a 40" FHD LED TV, no smart TV, android wasn't widespread then in budget, it still works fine, so it's worth checking out, well we don't know the quality they maintain now, better bro can help here with further research 😉🙂

Smart os like Tizen, Webos is better user friendly than android os. If we need android, we can use android box. We can upgrade to new android without upgrading tv. Tv requires only picture quality and user friendly interface. We can use home theater and soundbar for better sound quality.

Google os is not definitely slow, I have sony x80k which have google os , it's very snappy. The light leak you are referring to is actually a phenomenon called blooming. Also when buying a brand we have to take it's reliability into account.

Most TV brands actually get their custom TV made in China with their brand name imprinted on it!!!. So all budget TVs are made in China!!!. Only Sony, Samsung, LG manufacture their TV fully in their own factory!!! 😢😮😢😮😢😮😢😮😢😮😢😢.
