Now lets keep a open mind here, this is a military man of more than half the life of Mr. Faal's life of military experience under his belt. So allow him also give you some real life insight of his expertise. Where is the promise of according him respect and dignity the TRRC is standing on?

becuz he hasn't got what he was looking for.. that's why he was asking the questions in different perspective.. the witness wasn't answering what he was asked. in other to make him understand well, the lead counsel had to ask in different ways.. I hope you understand why the redundancy

It is part of law. they ask you the same question many times to see if you answer consistently and also make sure a vivid answer is obtained. That is why he is asking redundant questions. This man is a well-trained lawyer.

Agree with you both, after watching to The end I got to see what he was trying to get at. With the type of insincere and irresponsible mentality he was dealing with this was much need.

exactly.. he was trying to derive at something but the witness wasn't answering the right question.. so the lead council had to play with language to get what he was looking.. and I I think it's normal to be redundant becuz only then u can actually get to know whether the one testifying or witness is telling the truth or not.. so, I think mr faal really knows what he is doing and he realise that, that's the only way to suck the truth out of the witness..
