I gotta backpedal on this a little bit. After listening again, it sounds like they just took the word of the 9 year old and her mom even though the 9 year old said on the stand that she wasn’t sure. If there was no other evidence than that then that’s messed up. And if the mom was trying to extort him then that’s definitely suspect. I would’ve asked my lawyer to see if a doctor can check the girl’s hymen if I know I’m innocent. Idk if that can legally be done. Then there’s the chance that she’s been with somebody else or that it tore on its own with age. Anyway they used the 14 year old he met at a strip club and had a baby with against him. Tbh, I HAVE known 14 year olds that looked grown. But usually their personality and demeanor gives it away. But if she was at a strip club I can see how he fell for that, especially if he was younger then too. SPM was going around being with young girls how that came to be I don’t know. My first question is where was these girl’s parents? We know he had kids with at least 3, different young girls. However he was never convicted of any of those? Now the charge where he supposedly molested a little girl but there was no physical evidence seems like they framed him. The story changed because they first said her stomach was hurting but that would mean someone actually did something, but that goes out the window when there’s no physical evidence nor DNA. The man never pled guilty so as far as his children’s mothers we all knew they were too young. I believe they framed him on that 45, year sentence for something he didn’t do. My point is that the people involved are old enough to know right from wrong today and that 9, year old needs to speak so that we can all stop debating this topic. If that little girl today tells the truth we won’t have to wonder about this anymore. People hate SPM because nobody has been able to replicate his music and have hatred because they don’t have anything positive in their own lives. I’m not defending anyone but something doesn’t seem right ( the little girl changed her story and a kid cannot describe seconds or minutes?) to me the no physical evidence is why I don’t believe anything happened. His music is the best there is and I hope they let that man go free and hopefully continue his music.

I used to bump dopehouse records everywhere back in the day. Went to the shows and even sported the t-shirts. Then this bs happened and I'm sorry but chomos gotta get what they deserve. @@istoesconde9484 It was great! Everything was awesome. Saw him 3 times in H-town and twice in San Antone. First it was a car show on the southside; then the club, then the woodlands. He performed with Lil Flip, Rasheed, Los Marijuanos, Lifestyl, Low G, Lone star ridaz, Filero, Grimm. Everyone came up off dopehouse records. I was there from the beginning to the end. Wish it didn't end like this. He was the last person I would've thought to become a chomo.

On the interview with vlad bash said its was spms best friend Billy who was his best friend and he had a relationship with Billy’s wife now the little girls mom is spms wife’s best friend it don’t add up why would he switch that crucial part up. They keep on switching the story up cause he’s in the wrong they’re trying to drag this story line up for aslong as they can and get as much money as they can cause that whole record label trash with no talent
