You don’t have a right to interfere with any bird that is nesting with eggs and/or chicks. You don’t have a right to cause a bird parent stress on purpose, just for a video. It’s MEAN. Knowing right from wrong is very important. It’s not just a dumb bird. That bird is smarter than you think, and has feelings just like anyone else, human or otherwise, does. It’s cruel to cause a bird stress just because you want a video for your channel and it’s mean to do what you are doing. I don’t know why you are having trouble understanding that. Please think about the birds and not yourself. You may observe as long as you don’t get too close and you should NOT put things or animals of any kind, in or on, or even near ANY bird nest ever again. The parent can dismantle 1/4 of the nest where the snail was clinging to in order to remove the pest. Then build back the nest for the hatchlings. Certainly a lot of hard labor, and the chicks might starve or fall out before it all gets done.
