I really live this room. The light blue color gives a calm feel. I usually do not favor plaid wallpaper but together with the board and batten and the wide window- and door frames it looks really good. Pairing the dark brown accents with the light blue was a good idea as well.

Love the gingham and that blue (three shades don't you know?) That light shade is epic as is the crib placement. It is all so perfect! The gallery wall idea is exciting! Can't wait for the update. ~ Tiny Tawny Kitten A Golden Book. My "big" girl bedroom was painted in the colors on the cover. Lime green, yellow and orange (tawny). Love it!!! I had 3 girls so we had a house full of pink! My youngest is 18 now but it is fun to see boys nurseries and get ideas for family and friends expecting boys! I love how brown is coming back in style- It was going to cost a lot to change out our old brown doors to white ones (old house with brown hollow doors) but now I am inspired by you and I will just have to figure out how to incorporate it into the decor! Love the nursery and congratulations on your growing family! In our first home we had a similar laundry shoot. Loved it we just placed something heavy over it for that period of time.
