Hey all - dropping this one early because KZbin likes to turn off our comments when we talk about child abuse. So far they haven't done it, it only seems to be when we cover child abuse cases that aren't widely known about. Makes you wonder, doesn't it? By the way, for those that asked for transparency, this video is NOT monetized. For those that want to support us, please share this video with someone who you think would appreciate it to help raise or platform, or subscribe to our Patreon: www.patreon.com/themiserymachine Thank you all for the continuing support despite all the pushback from KZbin. We love you. Drewby and Yergy ❤️

In California women don't take real offense with these monsters. I will torment their friends as well. Women will gossip but not take a real stand usually. When governor terminator started giving lifers parole dates, the first few released were child killers. Not battered women or non violent 3strikers. Most lifers either killed the husband or the kids and you can tell which right away. The kid killers are very pleasing and obsequious. Very dark and greasy aura

Right, people seek out drugs, children never seek out abuse. Imo pedophilia, abuse of a child should be an automatic immediate death sentence.

Yeah I'm sorry but adults choose to put drugs into their own bodies and should be allowed to make that choice for themselves anyway. It's so fucked up how many people are in the system because of drugs, yet these monsters who brutalize children are given a fucking slap on the wrist! It's horrific and makes zero sense. I live in Canada and it seems once a week there's another warning to the public about a newly released child sex offender who is "highly likely to reoffend"! Then why let them out?! So messed up.

@@diy_cat9817 Abusers abuse people, not just drug dealers. 🙄 Most dealers don't have kids. You're thinking of tv and movies, not real life. And I never said dealers are victims so stop trying to put words my goddamn mouth. Any adult who uses drugs and isn't forced to by another, chooses that each day they don't choose sobriety. Ain't on anyone else, grow up and face reality. I was an addict for a decade and not one dealer had kids in their lives. Those who endanger children are shitty fucking people, not just drug dealers. I grew up in a very abusive house (hence why I became an addict) where no one drank or used drugs. Sober people abuse children every single day. Priests abuse children. Doctors abuse children. Shitty people abuse children. That's reality. Most dealers I met were seniors selling their meds, little grannies who the government let fall into poverty and have no choice but sell their meds. THAT is reality. What you see on TV and movies ain't real life sis. Socioeconomics play more into it than anything else. Not people being "bad". Read a book.

However, they have to physically hand that baby over. ... Hearing that no one in her family claimed her body made me realize something about the abuse I experienced as a child and how my family turned on me when I reported my abuser. This baby was 6 months old and her family chose to protect each other and even in death reject her, the victim. I can stop hating myself for not going to the police when I was younger and not being a more "perfect" kid and therefore deserving of their protection; my family would have rejected me even if it was that much more obvious that I was the victim and not the bad guy for getting my rapist child abuser dad in trouble. They would have blamed me no matter what. I was an innocent victim and my family's choice to hate me rather than my abuser is a reflection of their evil, not mine.

@@mickydale8594+ Child abusers/r*pists always cover each other if/whenever they get caught. Most child molestations/grooming/sexual assault cases are usually committed by patriarchal memebers of the family (father, brothers, uncles, grandfathers) and their matriarchal counterparts usually cover for them because they're "family". Despite the overtly cruel and disgusting nature of the acts, many just live by the "family protects family" motto so abuse victims like poor baby Brianna get left out because she is a "threat" to their family dynamic's existence. More laws need to be put into place to monitor/target potential cases like this, way too many go unnoticed. . .

I only know this story, so well. I am from Las Cruces and I attended Baby Brianna's Memorial Service. The Church was so full of residents there was standing room only. The memorial service for Baby Brianna was made possible through donations from the residents of Las Cruces and surrounding areas. The only photos in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church of Baby Brianna's bruised and broken body were photos taken of her prior to her autopsy. These photos had been touched up to cover her bruises, pinches and many bite marks. No other photos of Baby Brianna existed. For eight years I used to clean and maintain Baby Brianna's resting place. One time seeing a warrior angel appear in the clouds, while I was talking to her while at her grave sight resting on her donated bench. I took care of her resting place every Sunday, up until, I was just no longer physically capable of doing the work. Her "little house" (cage) became so stacked full of toys, stuffed animals, flowers, wind chimes, statues there was no where else to put them. Gifts were sent to me from all around the world because Baby Brianna's tragic case is known about all over the world. These monsters involved in the sexual and physical abuse resulting in the murder of this precious 5 month old angel will face their greatest punishment when their lives are finished here on earth. This Baby never had a chance living with these monsters and other family members including her own Grandmother and her husband and their young child, along with Baby Brianna's younger brother (who showed no signs of abuse) and another older uncle. None of whom reported any abuse of this poor,, innocent Baby during her short life of five months.. She slept in a baby swing. Her crib was full of everything but Baby Brianna. The trailer where Baby Brianna was abused, sodomized and eventually succumbed to her horrible abuse still remains. Last time I drove by there it still had residents living there. I don't know how, however? It should have been burned to the ground. The safe haven laws in NM are a baby may be left off at hospitals, Fire Dept., other designated areas for up to 90 days. However, the babies must be handed over and not just left abandoned. R.I.P. Baby Brianna 🎈🎈🎈💗💖You are loved.
@Wildflower-ue8qm
@Wildflower-ue8qm 2 жыл бұрын
@Sonny Rebelene I totally agree with you. When I began cleaning her grave sight, there was an angel inside with its finger over its lips as if saying "Shh don't say anything." That angel was eventually replaced by an angel reading a book to two children. Nothing else was in what I referred to as a cage myself. But, as time went on, I began to receive gifts for Baby Brianna from all over the world who fell in love with the baby none of us ever had an opportunity to meet. But that didn't stop the love from pouring in. I decorated the cage so beautifully for her birthday, which also was on Valentines Day. I decorated her resting place for Easters and Christmas's. That ugly cage became a place of celebrating a young life that never had an opportunity to live with stuffed animals, dolls, toys, flowers, wind chimes, etc. Precious Baby Brianna is a baby who was despised by her own parents but was loved by the whole world. May she rest in God's loving arms.
@Wildflower-ue8qm
@Wildflower-ue8qm 2 жыл бұрын
@Sonny Rebelene I agree. These monsters apparently just wanted what they did to their own beautiful baby daughter and niece to be forgotten about. A reason for the cage over her and her cousins resting places. He was a couple months old when he apparently died from SIDS. But, coming from a family of monsters who really knows the real truth?? Unfortunately, although child abuse is so much more talked about and news laws have come into place in today's time. That just were not in place when I was being badly abused back in the 50's-70's. When I ran away at 16yrs old. However, despite all the new laws it has not at all helped the cases of not only horrendous child abuse, but children's being murdered by their own parents in the most horrible ways. Baby Brianna was one of the most notorious child abuse case in I believe it was on July 19, 2002. She was five months, five days old. And now everyday every news app has the murders of children done by their own parents. The world is very slowly over time deteriorating and everyday there are more parents killing their own children. Children murdering their own parents. Friends killing friends, spouses killing spouses. On and in. And according to the Bible things are only going to get so much more worse over time. Repent and get saved is my suggestion to everyone. Have a good day or eve.

They treated her like a doll they bought in a store, not a living breathing sweet baby. Disgusting. She deserved SO much more. More love, more help, more TIME. :( imagine that not even one family member tried to stop this. Ick.

It is hard for me to imagine that in Baby Brianna's short, miserable and tragic five months of life, not one family member outside of that trailer had no idea she was being abused. No other family members ever visited and saw Baby Brianna in five months? But then if they were cowards like her own Grandmother Patricia, who failed her own Granddaughter or her step Grandfather who apparently worked a great deal of the time. Or the older Uncle who also resided in the home. Not one of these cowards tried to stop her abuse or ever bothered reporting it. As did noone else of whom I am sure visited that trailer during her five months of suffering.

@@Wildflower-ue8qm it really makes you wonder what these people were like OUTSIDE of this, that so many people didn’t go forward and report it. Did they act out violently? Did they threaten? Had they hurt those around them before? Or was it simply the ‘bystander effect.’ You’re 100 perfect correct. They’re all cowards. I feel their parts in this are much larger than just cowardice.

@amandaschmucker2787 i started making a list of filicide cases specifically for this reason. pro lifers claim to be all about the kids, but as soon as the kid is born all of the support is gone. crimes like this would happen a Lot less if abortion was safe, affordable, and accessable for EVERYONE
@teresahiggs4896

@@clovercrow2283That’s not true! The mother could have given this baby up for adoption easily. Most states allow a mother to give up her baby wirh NO charges, no legal consequences at hospitals and at the Baby Box at Firehouses. And many pregnancy centers and churches offer all sorts of support during the pregnancy and after , no matter if the baby is kept by the parents or given up for adoption. I’ve donated to these efforts to support the mom and baby, and I’ve seen the support in action. I even recieved help myself from the Catholic Ladies of Charity when I was pregnant and had very little for my baby. The amount of support and kind of support varies from state to state, pregnancy center to pregnancy center. That pro life supporters don’t care after the baby is born is common misinformation spread by pro choice supporters. Yet almost no pro choice supporter bothers to check to see if this is true. They just keep mindlessly repeating what they have heard someone else say. Think for yourself! Do you own research. Nowadays it’s simple and effortless .

I dont know if they still do this, but it was a thing in the early 2000's. They started doing it, because after birth, mothers were missing wellness checks, because they were unable to drive, or in too much pain to do so, and during that time, in my area, there wasn't Uber, buses, trolleys, or any form public transportation. I just wish it was an adopted practice everywhere. I get that it would put a strain on an already short staffed profession, but the amount of lives it could save would make it so worth it.

I gave birth to both of my daughters in New Zealand. My midwife (who did all of my ante natal care, my delivery and births and all of my post natal care) came to my house every day for the first week they were born, the second week she came every 2 days, the third week every 3 days, the fourth week she came on the fourth fifth week she came on the fifth day and then again on the sixth week! Then I was transferred to a child care system called Plunket. A Plunket nurse comes to your home every 3 months until you child is 3 and if you require them sooner you just have to call! After 3 years they come every 6 months until your child is in school at age 5. This wasn’t just me, this was with all of my friends as well. We now live in Scotland and it’s very different here.

Dadas mis carencias de amor materno y paterno, decidí ser un adulto que me amaría mucho a mi misma y trataría de llevar una vida en paz, en soledad. Thank you guys again. You bring light to a subject that needs it. Idk if its just because we have instant access to stories of these atrocities or if people have just gone bad. I hope it's the news spreading faster and further than before. Keep up the stellar job.

Here's the thing and I've felt this way since way back when Caylee Anthony was murdered by her horrible mother... I don't have kids of my own and I don't really plan to. However, if someone walked up to me and said please take my child as I fear I will do something horrible to them, I would take that child. No questions asked. It makes me sick that people do this stuff to babies. There's a special place in hell for them.

Here in NM we only JUST got our first infant drop off box in a fire station, following a mother in Hobbs, NM being caught on security cameras tossing her newborn into a dumpster. We have a criminally understaffed and underfunded child protective services. The things that happen behind closed doors throughout this state are atrocious.

This is unreal, I'm an atheist but this is total pure evil. Yet again I'm ready to jump in the truck and drive to new Mexico and get arrested so I can get my hands on this woman

Cancel that, I can't believe she is out of prison. I spent years in prison for using drugs and not hurting anyone but myself. Disgusting.

I'm 9nly 6 mins in and don't know if I can listen any more, feel like crying at the thought of the pain this poor innocent baby went through at the hands of the people who were meant to care for her, baffles me how anyone can do these types of things, great job getting the story out there though as I'm sure it wasn't easy covering this case x

Wow this is horrific. You both did a beautiful job telling the story of Bianna Lopez. I appreciate channels like yours, who are the voice for these little angles! Most youtubers are to afraid to speak on such horrific crimes. These stories need to be told. Much respect for your channel.
