Baby buncis saus Telur Asin ala Restoran
Bahan :
200 gr Baby Buncis
3 butir telur asin
3 butir bawang putih
2 lembar daun jeruk
Cabe sesuai selera
Air secukupnya
Minyak/ Butter/ Margarin secukupnya
Lada secukupnya
Kaldu bubuk secukupnya
Cara :
1. Cuci buncis rebus di air selama 5 menit.
2. Siapkan baskom yg berisi air dingin/es, masukkan buncis ke air dingin tujuannya supaya memberhentikan proses memasak, tiriskan
3. Bawang putih digeprek lalu di potong kecil2
4. Telor asin diambil kuningnya, haluskan dengan sedikit air
5. Daun jeruk dipotong tipis2
6. Siapkan cabe yg dipotong kecil2 kalau suka pedas
7. Tumis bawang putih dengan minyak sampai harum dan kuning
8. Masukkan saus telur asin tambah sedikit air seteleh mendidih masukkan buncis campur angkat hidangkan.

Method :
