@@SerenityFalls666 I think that @Twizted Daisy was talking about how much constant human interaction has changed these "Temple Macaques" into almost a different species than their wild, forest dwelling cousins. If you watch a documentary on truly wild macaques, their behavior is extremely different. Tantrums are no where near as loud, or prevalent in wild LTM troops. The babies gekker a little bit, during weaning. That's about it. The adults are less aggressive with the babies too. There's so many differences, and the ONE catalyst is human interaction. The temple troops have no real natural predators (other than motor vehicles), so the only risk to a baby that won't be quiet, is an adult that gets annoyed with the nonstop noise. That's why there's more attacks on babies in the temple troops, as well. Human interaction has changed these animals, and ruined them, in my opinion. There's almost no obesity in the wild monkeys either! How many overweight monkeys are in the temple videos? Pretty much all the older, higher ranked adults, except for Anna, and that's because she will actually forage, she's one of the very few temple mac's that know how.

There are several reasons Dani isn't favored by ANYONE in the troop and I'll list some of the reasons, in my opinion, as to why she's bullied by on-looking humans and her fellow troop members Dani is a liability for the troop She's loud, attracting predators with her loud screeching. She has no ZERO respect for the hierarchy, of which EVERY SINGLE MEMBER follows no matter what. The troop had given Dani chances upon chances & training upon training. She refuses to be independent. She has teeth. No need to nurse to the extent she wants; with that said, Teeth or no teeth, momma doesn't have time nor energy to keep herself thriving and alive to sustain Dani's high expectations. After seeing many attempts by the whole troop to educate Dani upon life in their troop, she refuses to fall in order. Some people call those types bitches, leeches, extras....I call them liabilities. Hope this sheds some light upon the mentality here...from an unbiased perspective of the videos I've seen which in all honesty have been manipulated by the man made environment
