Lie your baby on their back on a soft flat surface. Let their arms find their natural position. Turn their head to the restricted side and hold with one hand. At the same time stabilise the shoulder with the other hand, to make sure it does not lift off the floor as you turn the head. Your baby will not tolerate this for long, so little and often usually works well. This exercise will help to improve rotation in the neck, especially useful in cases of torticollis.
