I ❤️ Tusa. Kayembe finally got his playmate sisters he wanted so bad. Even mommy Kebi let’s Kunda attack Kayembe, While Chewing bark and barely noticing. Mom gets to sit back and relax a little bit she knows her little girl is A strong little cookie.

Kunda is becoming so sure- footed and powerful, mastering swinging - that was amazing to watch! Jameela sure loved playing with those cereal boxes, she was concentrating and enjoying the tearing ❤ The mom gorillas are so present, so calm and so watchful! Any hint of too much roughness and those babies are swept up to safety ❤ Thank you so much, these videos are amazing!

Gosto quando Tusa aparece no vídeo, ela é solitária, e ainda tem Nneka que arruma briga com ela e Freddy, espero que o Zoo consiga arranjar um jeito da Tusa se sentir mais ambientada. As meninas estão uma fofuras, lindas, as vezes quando as duas estão brincando, fico confusa, porque as duas estão quase do mesmo tamanho, acho que Mokolo deita na rede e gosta de ver as crianças brincando ❤❤❤❤❤

I really love this gorilla family. N'neka and Tusa I don't know much about. I hope to learn more about them as the videos progress and the babies grow up. Kunda is looking like a big girl and seems able to handle Kayembe on her own, although, Kebi quickly shut down that game of chase. That was funny... she's not having it. She's a good Momma.

Larry does Nneka not get along with the other gorillas and Tusa do the other gorillas pick on her. I don’t see much cohesion only Kebi and Freddie seem to get on

Recently Nneka has not been a friendly gorilla - like she was 6 months ago. Talk is she realizes she is 3rd in the ladies hierarchy and she is not happy about that. Tusa does get picked on sometimes. Sometimes she just annoys the others by yelling - (sometimes for no apparent reason) and that is not a normal gorilla thing to do. The other gorillas let her know that it’s NOT normal to yell so much.

I think that Tusa is frustrated in their Gorilla ways because she doesn’t have a baby. Keri, Freddy and even N’neeka have had babies. I wish this coming New Year 2025 brings her a sweet loving baby!😍😉🙏❤️🦍🦍🦍

One of the reasons it was so important to get Jameela in with a surrogate gorilla to be raised. Any decision for her to have a baby will come from the SSP, but i dont think that will ever come because of her not wanting to interact with the other gorillas.

Jameela is less coordinated than Kunda because she is not yet 1 year old, Kunda is almost 1-1/2 years old. Thats a big difference in mobility development.

Kunda is not underweight. Jameela is chunkier because she was fed an early diet of formula vs gorilla milk as Kunda received. Up until recently, jameela weighed more than kunda (because of the formula) but last weigh in shows Kunda weighing more than Jameela.

I think that maybe gorillas come in all sizes, just like humans. Little Jameela has a build more like I do...and Kunda, she seems to be more of a strong and graceful 'ballerina' type. I wonder if Kunda developed a lot of that strength because (and I don't see everything) she seemed to get around a lot, hanging onto Mom upside down, rather than riding on her back? Just an idea. They're all so amazing; aren't they?

Kunda is not too skinny. Jameela seems to be a bit chunkier, but that is due to her early diet of human formula. Although Freddy nurses her, she still receives supplemental bottles because at Freddy's age, they arent sure how much milk she is producing. Kunda only got Kebi milk, although now she eats more solid foods with the other adults, along with still nursing.
