Glad all is going well for your little family. Loved your grandpa story. I use a pair of my grandpa's overalls on a scarecrow I display outside every fall. The scarecrow also wears one of my Dad's flannel shirts. Love remembering two of my favorite guys this way.

Loved the haul, Jade! For those peeps out there whose kids have grown out of the diaper phase, you can reuse your diaper pails as we have with our fur babies to put their dog doodie baggies into. We kept it out on the back porch and after walks and number two clean ups, we stuck the bags in the diaper pail until trash day. That way you keep your trash bin stink-free. Although the caveat is that we've always had smaller dogs and thus the pail may get too full with bigger fur kids. Just my $0.02. Hugs to Lucian! xoxo Christine in sunny CO

I also feel that nothing is unnecessary if you want it, especially baby clothes because that was the best part of having babies in my opinion. I am HERE for the Chucky outfit. Cute side story. My oldest was 3 when I had my second baby and he comes running into the room I was in to hysterically tell me that his baby brother had candle crap and I had to come immediately. Bought a 6 foot Mr Skeleton , at the store At Home. He was under $40 and his eyes light up red. They put out quite a lot of Halloween and are putting new things out each week. Congratulations on your baby! He is beautiful!

Oh Jade I have the perfect foot print craft for you (EASY). Turn the foot print heel up and toes down. Then on the heel you add 2 circles for eyes and one circle for mouth. Super cute

We also had tons of muslin burp cloths. My son has become so attached to a Muslin double layer blanket. Takes it everywhere. I think it’s because the muslin material felt familiar and comforting since birth.
