ive done that a few times, and honestly, it takes me back to those moments. it makes me sad and nervous. its like a pit feeling, instead of just an emotional burst. sometimes i cry/cried. it makes me want to clutch my stomach and lay down. it also kind of makes me want to throw up. like i could just hurl whenever i move a bit. but like it makes me, like, feel as if i could just lay there and do nothing and my problems will go. but i know it wont and then it starts the cycle again. also, if you're wondering, im feeling a bit better now. some things that have really helped me is just spending more time with family, reconnecting with friends, and binging some creators/series of things i love.
