He may be isolated for disease control or some other reason. He is likely also on a strict diet and is monitored constantly. You can't know unless you are there, caring for him. Just giving him food or milk to shut him up could also be harmful. You don't want him to be sick or overweight, right? He may always be in panic mode for food because he was starved in the wild or while he was captive or abandoned. I will leave it to the keepers to know better than I.

I have told you many times what to do (simply ask the poacher questions) and if you were to do that then you would clearly see that I am not wrong. The poacher who operates this channel has diversified and he attempts to earn illicit income through different methods.
