Baby Peplum Top With Sharara Cutting and Stitching | Eid Special Baby Dress Cutting and Stitching
Hey, DIY enthusiasts! Welcome back to our channel. In today’s video, we’re going to create a gorgeous Eid special outfit for your little one - a baby peplum top with sharara. It’s going to be adorable, stylish, and perfect for any festive occasion.
Step 1: Materials Needed
Before we dive into the cutting and stitching process, let’s gather our materials. You’ll need fabric for the peplum top and sharara, matching threads, scissors, measuring tape, pins, sewing machine, and any embellishments you want to add.
Step 2: Taking Measurements
First things first, we need to take measurements. Measure your baby’s chest, waist, hips, and length from shoulder to desired peplum length. Also, measure the length of the sharara from waist to ankle.
Step 3: Cutting Fabric
Using the measurements, mark and cut the fabric for the peplum top and sharara according to the desired size. Remember to leave seam allowances.
Step 4: Peplum Top
Now, let’s start with the peplum top. Fold the fabric in half, right sides together, and sew the side seams. Then, create gathers along the top edge and attach it to the bodice, leaving an opening for the neckline.
Step 5: Neckline and Sleeves
Finish the neckline by sewing bias tape or facing. For sleeves, cut two pieces of fabric, fold them in half, and sew along the side seams. Attach them to the armholes of the bodice.
Step 6: Sharara
Moving on to the sharara, sew the side seams and create a casing at the waist for the elastic band. Insert the elastic and sew the ends together.
Step 7: Finishing Touches
Once the peplum top and sharara are ready, it’s time for some finishing touches. You can add lace, buttons, or any embellishments to enhance the outfit’s look.
Step 8: Final Try-On
Before we conclude, let your little one try on the outfit to ensure the fit is perfect. Make any necessary adjustments if needed.
Voila! Your adorable baby peplum top with sharara is ready to steal the show this Eid. We hope you enjoyed this tutorial. Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe for more DIY fashion ideas. Thanks for watching, and we’ll see you in the next video!
