We never had a bottle dry rack or special soap. We washed our bottles with a bottle brush and regular dish soap and boiled them in water to sterilize afterwards. Then layed them on a clean dish towel on the counter to dry. Easy clean up and no counter clutter 👌👌👌

I don't think you'll see this - BUT when I lived in a 2 story house there were a few things I got 2 of (some things I even added an extra one incase I had to was something or whatever). It helped with a new born and kept me sane as much as possible so I didn't have to much to lug up and down the stair every day.

I used the bottle dish soap that you pointed to for my formula fed babies (breastfed 3 formula fed 3) and it takes the stinky formula smell out of the bottles for sure I'd say it's worth it and it just takes a little drop

Diaper pails are a waste of money in my opinion. I used it with my first and they stink so badly when you change them and the smell lingers for so long. I just use a waste basket and empty it at the end of the day.

The frida post partum underwear are a must have; I had my son three weeks ago and they were so comfortable. Most my friends have used them as well. My midwife recommends them too. As per the lactation specialist’s advice we do use the special bottle soap; she said if we used it we didn’t really need to constantly boil the bottles or use the steamer so as to sterilize. In terms of bottles, you might want to think of one that simulates mom’s nipples (I use avent natural but all brands have a version), in case your little one has problems latching or with nipple confusion (which many do) 😊 Btw you look radiant! 😊😊😊😊

I love the stroller!! I saw that you mentioned about suggesting for the baby monitors. I bought Cubo Ai baby monitor for my first granddaughter. My son and his wife loves it!! It has an app that you can check your baby thru your phone. It will alert you if the baby has turned, it shows to let u know the baby’s temp, room temp, let u know baby is moving so on. Also if you missed the baby’s first smile or first moments, this will take pics and you will never miss. It’s worth to have it!! ❤️

Hi! You should have a diaper party for your husband. It's pretty much like a baby shower to celebrate the dad. All the guys bring different sized diapers and wipes. My husband had one and we had diapers for the 1st year. Now we throw diaper parties for all the guys we know because it was such a huge blessing to us. And most stores will exchange unused diapers for different sizes because babies grow so fast. ❤

In regards to your bottled soap comment, yes! My past two baby nephews we have constantly used those bottled soap to clean out their bottles! The reason why we use the dapple baby soap is because its fragrance free

Register for all sort of baby boxes, some have really good samples and coupons. You can add postpartum stuff and stuff for the older kids on a separat register since you can still can get Nice discounts

The backpack style nappy bags that you looked at with the “10 pockets” is fantastic! I went with a more traditional one for my first, 7yrs ago, but my second 2yrs ago I went for the backpack one and it was the best! The hard around the zip means you can zip one handed! ✌️

I never used the bottle soap. Baby#4 is 10 months and I've gotten much more minimal with each one. I have a baby essentials vlog and there I show a small bin of toys, a baby bath, some clothes and just a couple other things. Everything I have for her and me fits in a medium sized wardrobe. It's crazy how little is actually needed. But like I said took me 4 babies to finally realize that 😄 I feel you pain Christy. I couldnt stand coffee either with a some pregancies and others I neeeeeded that cup everyday. I have to try that mango dragonfruit drink! looks soo good 🤤

Some people say the bottle detergent gets the milk film/scum out of plastic bottles better. I use the Palmolive free and clear. I am scent sensitive. Nest camera and you view on your phone. 21:45 Cat says "They bought me a new bed. Awesome!"

Your looking so glowy and beautiful pregnant. Graco is my favorite brand for everything. Chicco is also an great brand but my 4 ever deluxe car seat is the best for your little one as they grow. I use dawn dish soap. To wash my baby bottles and I used dr. Brown bottles the best bottles my baby wasn’t as colicky as she got older. My daughter is 2 now but I love Graco! Also make sure that a baby needs to be rear facing till the child is 2. I’m always keen on safety. Also if you add diapers to your registry and make a game out of it you could get so many diapers where you won’t even have to buy as many. I had a huge shower with friends and family. Also I ordered my daughters diaper bag from Walmart. A unicorn pink diaper bag.
