Baby's First Ultrasound at 6 WEEKS! We Saw The Heartbeat!

I’ve written you on IG but I assume you get a lot of messages. I just wanted to let you know how I feel like you’re helping me so much. I found your video of packing up the nursery when I was looking at videos of what to pack in a hospital bag. A week or so later, my baby was stillborn at 27 weeks. When I came home, I started watching stillbirth stories and found your channel again. I think you lost your little one a month or so before I lost mine. Now, at the start of of December, we found out we were pregnant. A week or so later, you announced your pregnancy. And now, this video made me cry. I found out last week at the ultrasound, there was once two babies but one seems to have stop growing. It’s so weird how similar how timelines and everything is going. I’m praying for you and your growing family. ❤️

You're right...it is very bittersweet. I'm so glad that one baby stuck and you were able to see the heartbeat! I'm sure you were so relieved to see it. Try to rest and take as many naps as you need!

I've thought from the first really high numbers that both babies stuck. But I had a feeling when your morning sickness went away, that this would be the case. I'm so sorry that one baby didn't make it, but I'm so relieved that the other baby is holding on strong! Still praying for a smooth and easy pregnancy!

I wonder if some of the tiredness of today was from relief of the ultrasound? I know that the first time I heard a heartbeat I slept like the dead that night. We always had no problem getting pregnant we just couldn’t ever get one to stick around very long. Happy positive thoughts your way!!! And yay for a heartbeat! That is a HUGE milestone.

My baby has measured exactly 3 days behind my entire pregnancy, currently 27 weeks. Thinking she’ll be a tad smaller than our other daughter. We’ll see, so happy for you guys!! Can’t wait to keep watching your family grow ❤️

I know how you feel about fear after a loss, I lived it too and my rainbow baby is now turning 9years 2017 brought me my second child and I was so scared even then, I. Sobbed at the first ultrasound when they saw the heartbeat. My second is now 8 months old and my ray of sunshine Breath and try to just live in the moment! I. Feel in my heart this pregnancy will be strong and you will be blessed with a wonderful baby to bring home this summer

At my 6 week we saw the same thing.. I had been dealing with terrible nausea since 9dpo.. I’m 19 weeks now and still not handling the loss of his twin very well.. but you’re giving me hope that it’s okay and shouldn’t be dwelling on it.. (it’s just difficult to after 5 losses) I’m so happy that your little one is growing and I can’t wait to continue watching your bump grow!

Dawn Marie I lost my son's identical twin early on, and had miscarriages before aswell. It surprised me how much I grieved the loss, especially since mercifully, I never saw the second baby living. I had a strange pregnancy with "twin complications" which made it harder and thought of my son as a twin even at birth. Then one day my mom told me how often she thinks of what almost was, and just knowing someone else grieved his loss gave me closure. My point is that it's okay to grieve even if others don't understand, and it really does get easier. Blessings!

Rachelle you remind me of how I was with my rainbow baby pregnancy. Every single appointment I had so much anxiety. And every little thing that happened or didn’t happen made me panic. My sore tender breasts was a major symptom for me and if there was a day they didn’t really hurt I thought something was wrong. The anxiety lessoned as time went on in the pregnancy. I worked a very busy job at the time that distracted my mind which really helped. Try to keep busy. Do things that distract your mind. Binge watching Netflix shows helped me a lot. I hope this helps. Hang in there. Take it one day at a time, one appointment at a time. Pray a lot. Pregnancy is the one thing God has 100 percent control in.

I totally agree with you !!!! I am currently 26 weeks with my rainbow / earth baby..... when he doesn't kick, I panic. Before every ultrasound, I panic.. everything makes me panic... but I know God is in control and if it's His will I will have my son in my arms in March 💙🙏💙

Megan OToole I always wonder how people who have lost a baby did it I was so anxious and it was my first pregnancy even until recently (she just turned one) once she was born I was worried about sids... worst thing about being a mum is the worry for sure happy you got your rainbow baby 🌈

Lettle Fox that’s exactly how I was! The day of my prenatal appointments I would a lot of anxiety but once I heard the heartbeat I was relieved and then the anxiety would be back around the next appointment. It lessoned as time went on but never fully went away until I had her! Best advice don’t be afraid to march into your nearest ER department if you aren’t feeling as many kicks. I’ve done it a few times and each time the baby was totally fine it was more for a piece of mind and the anxiety getting the best of me. Hang in there!!

There are a couple things that are acceptable over the holidays: eat way to much food, not clean anything, not leave your house, and never take off your pajamas😂 I’m so glad your baby is okay! Hoping for an easy, healthy pregnancy❤️❤️

Sorry for laughing about your “dirty” house, but I’ve got 3 kids and I’d love a house like that lol. The sink looks about right though. Sorry about news of the second baby. I’m excited two stuck and I will pray for the second one to pull through. I know it makes the pregnancy more complicated, but I think Brin sent a siblings/friend for the new baby. Or maybe it’s Brin 2.0? ✨ Also, I have a great grandma who gave me a porcelain doll for my birthday (and I’m 27). I gave it to my daughter since she fell in love with it (and I don’t need it).

Lesly Natalie Jacobo I come from a polish background and have been wearing a ladies 12 since my early teens...that being back in the 70s. Then, finding anything of any style in that size here in Canada was impossible. I still get that let down feeling when I reminisce about always having to wear men's footwear.
