Nursery rhymes are actually a wonderful pre-reading activity for little ones. Research shows that the best readers have a very rich background in nursery rhymes. As an early childhood interventionist, we really focus on teaching rhymes to our little ones! It gives them so many skills for reading!

@@nancysanders342 I couldn’t agree more! I am a pediatric speech pathologist and I still use rhymes lots! I just wasn’t sure if it’s a current thing or if it’s because I’m older, but it’s really good to know that it is still used❤️
