All seals have the capability to be fluffy, they just usually aren't because they're almost always wet Babies aren't born swimming so they're usually more fluffy, but any dried seal can be fluffy too

He died less than a year later from neglect, and Otaru aquarium began blocking people Japanese and overseas for inquiring about his cause of death.

Nah, mostly because of the misinformation. That is all one seal, from Osaka, Japan. To one of the largest and greatest aquariums and rehabilitation places. It's mother abandoned it so the staff had to help raise it. Their name is "Mizore." :) I think people are upset this guy just created his own story instead of saying the truth.
