Oh Emma I’m so sorry about the loss of your partner. Suicide is such a difficult thing to have to live through & I can’t imagine your pain. I think we all understand to some extent what it feels like when our internal pain exceeds our ability to cope. But the difference is that most of us just can’t or won’t bring ourselves to actually end our life. One thing that I know for certain is that emotional suffering is very much a human condition & one must live in a human body to be able to know it experientially. That doesn’t mean that we wouldn’t understand or remember it in spirit though - but a soul realizes what it means to suffer while living but once we exit the body, we also leave the suffering behind too - we don’t actually carry that pain over with us into spirit. But we do gain the expansion we needed as we come back into the spirit realm. We now understand from a soul perspective how we ended up suicidal and what brought us to that place, because we’re no longer seeing our lives through the limited human perspective anymore; we’re not viewing our life through the lens of pain, judgment, shame, guilt or regret - a deeper understanding of our human life begins to form & we begin to remember why we chose a certain life path to begin with. It’s a very deep rich topic & not everyone is going to share in my understanding or beliefs but I want to reassure you that he’s no longer suffering. That kind of human suffering just doesn’t exist once we cross over into spirit. I know it’s difficult to grasp or accept but you both chose each other to share in this life & it is your love for him that helps him to grow in the light. I hope this helps. I understand grief can keep us from being able to feel them but they’re always right there. And a horrific human experience isn’t necessarily “horrible” from a soul perspective - it’s difficult to describe here but we all gain & grow from ALL of our human experiences good & not so good. - there’s no other type of experience quite like a human incarnation & we do it to gain the very unique expansion it offers. He’s no more than a thought away & it’s your love for him in spirit that helps maintain the connection. But Grief can block that connection bcz it’s such a dense energy, but he’s always right there with you. Remembering the love & joy you shared makes it easier for them to reach you too. There’s so much more to this but I don’t want to overwhelm you or seem like I’m preaching. I’m not. I just know that he’s here with you and he knows your suffering since he passed too. I wish you all the best and wish you well in your own path too.
