Loved your table!! I have a question or concern in regards to leaving meat and cheeses outside of the fridge for more than 2 hours. Do you tell people to not eat anything after two hours or how do you take care of that?

Servsafe actually states it is safe up to 4hrs at room temperature. Typically the food is eaten well before the 4 hrs. Hope this is helpful!
