I enjoy your videos! Yes, can you have longer videos, or two part shorts? Many of the shorts cut off before we see the board😊

Hi Julia! I love your content! I am curious…how far in advance can/do you cut your cheese and prepare your meat rivers without them drying out?

I prepare the cheese the day before. And the salami rivers the day of during the prep time. 😊 hope that helps!

I’ve never made one of these before but I was curious to know if these are out for hours, is it weird to have meats and cheese start to warm? Would creating a raised board with ice underneath be an option? Just curious if this has ever been an issue

Can we prepair four hours before since im doing it for my sisters wedding but she didint give me allot of time after the ceremony i have one hour after but before the ceremoney i can set it up

Hey Julia. That's an amazing board. It looked really yummy, and I didn't mind the length of the video either. One suggestion ... the split screen is unnecessary. I don't need to see your face talking through the whole thing. The charcuterie board was the smallest part of the screen and that was the whole point of the video. Do a voice over/full screen while you're teaching us. Looing forward to the next one.

Ooh, I'm in the San Antonio area, love your videos and definitely taking lots of notes. Suggestion since it occurred to me, but if you can, why not grow your own edible violas? I've seen the edible flowers at CM and the price for the amount they give you is a little pricy 😣 It makes sense to get them there during off season, but definitely something to consider when growing them is feasible 😊

I wish you would use different cheeses and meats and dips. I have watched alot of your videos and it's always the same. Especially the fig jam and spinach Artichoke dip. Prosciutto is a favorite but you don't put it out bc it's too hard to style. You own a business. Google how to style it. The only meat you put out is salami and only one type. I am assuming you charge alot for these boards. As a customer, I would be pissed that you were going to a warehouse bulk grocery store and buying mid-grade foods instead of Whole Foods, Central Market, etc.
