How long the cupcakes can stay out, without the fondant melting, did some and i left out they melted, the one on the refrigerator its had, if i take it out will melted? Thank you

Hi Diana, I never put anything with fondant on it, in the fridge. Fondant is sugar, it attracts moisture. So once taken out of the fridge it will start to sweat. There are ways to go about it. But the best way is to leave the cupcakes out at room temp after the fondant is on . ( you can do the toppers ahead of time and put them on just before delivery, if your cakes need to be refrigerated)

Hi bakty, all you need is some fondant, a good colour brand that you trust, some basic sculpting tools or you could even use anything around the house that would give you a similar result - improvise if needed. I had a few brushes ready for water, rose spirit or to pick up the tiny bits if needed. Have some round piping nozzles ready they are quite handy to cut out small circles. I also used a pasta machine you can check out my video on how to use a pasta machine with fondant to get started. But a pasta machine is not a must all you need a good rolling pin.
