Did you use water to stick the fondant together when you put the small fondant pieces together?

How long do you keep them in the molds and what is the white stuff? Corn starch?

I keep it in the freezer for about 20 minutes then demould and leave to dry. Yea I use cornstarch.

When I use fondant, my fondant tends to have a melting like texture. It’s not firm like yours. What am I supposed to do? Any tips or advice?

It depends on a lot of factors .. Sweaty palms, humid weather.. Try working in an air conditioned room.. Use cornflour for rolling. Hope this helps.
