Nice man! Love seeing all the attempts. A lot of people don’t realize how much effort goes into learning skills and how many failed attempts actually occur. Keep going !

Sickkkk attempts bruh, oap attempts definitely look better than the last video. Dk if you'd wanna do this or not, but from what I remember about Brendan Goh talking about the oap, he said keeping a microbend in the elbow helps with the form. But idk if it's because his hyperextends a bit.

Really aesthetic to see a beast like you trying one arm planche. Also the form is very very good and straight. Maybe you will have after that journey one of the best oap in the calisthenics community. Anyway great video as always. Keep up the good work brother and have a beautiful day💪🌅

That's really awesome, I'm a super beginner and I can barely do a few pushups and not even an unassisted pullup lol, I'm making videos to track my progress and you have lots of great tips, I just subbed ...you got this man!

Barkage is by far the best YTber for becoming an elite at calisthenics. You’re in good hands.

With the bent arm topic, I know a fair amount of hand balancers will go between a bent and straight elbow during their OAHS sets to do corrections on their balance. Not too confident if that can be applied to this given the level of elbow stress, but maybe worth it to correct balance?
@barkage Жыл бұрын
Yeah, we’ll see. Maybe I’ll mess with that if I really get stuck, thanks!

That is probably one of the hardest elements in gymnastics, so it's really difficult. Knowing,how bad barkage at handstands (well,at his level) this will be extremely hard for him

Hello there I saw your video where you talked about channel growth .I might have some tips 1)try varying your tone when you speak you are usually monotonous and flat 2) try better video topics and thumbnails 3)You can add music to trigger the dopamine in your viewers 4)Use more b-roll and sit less coz your type of videos is meant for podcasts Hope I helped 😊
