Barkage I just want to thank you for everything I've learned from this channel. I've been doing calisthenics seriously for a bit less than a year now and i can say that out of any big youtuber I've learned the most out of your discussions and tips. You really deserve all the best and please keep on doing what you're doing. Greetings from Slovenia🇸🇮

You should as well have honest expections from your body as people like me close to 1.80m we come to the conclusion that the genetic part plays an important role. Not to be more than 1.60m (look at the size of most of the gymnasts on rings) in height, not to be more than 65 kilos, not to have heavy legs and in the end not to have a significant APE index. Not being in the right proportions requires a much greater forward lean, which puts more pressure on the protracted scapula. If you put in the effort you might get there one day, but you'll suffer at least twice as much as short people.......

drop the victim mindset and make the best of what you got

@@dannniels i m already doing this youtube.com/@clownposs1?si=jOhtksOy0CS0jcGW but do have honest expectations from my body proportions and age 42. Not respecting this formula will lead sooner or later to an injurie. It's not about any kind of victim mindeset...
