Whether your 27 or 57 you can still have a healthy natural birth like this very beautiful pregnant woman who had with the support of her husband and grown up children in the room as their mother gave birth to their baby brother. How beautiful it is to have such a supportive family and how excited the family must be having a brand new baby in the family all these many years later. She pushed for SO long and hard that her beautiful tummy was extremely sore from all the pushing trying to get her baby out but at the end she, with no shame showed everyone just how strong a pregnant woman is no matter how old.🍼

Her 40 year old son didn't care to much for his stepdad who got his mom pregnant but he is excited that his mom finally gave birth to his baby sister as his mom was 63 when she last gave birth

That happened with my friends mom. She just gave birth at 60. My friend who's 32 said that she felt like she could FINALLY breath once her mom finally pushed out her twin baby brothers.

I saw the entire episode, and before anybody asks, Mama is laboring completely naked because they originally had planned a water birth, but the tub was so warm it was relaxing her muscles too much and slowing her labor down.

No cutting, no drugs, no vacuum were used. Simply the sheer force and will of one naked woman determined to bring her child into the world. I have to respect her for her strength and dedication. If I were her husband, I would have gotten some red & yellow paints and brushed a large bold S on her belly.

I seriously doubt it, because she's not a doctor but a midwife, and has probably seen women give birth wearing anything she could name... or with a water and the occasional home birth, nothing at all. She was likely more worried about how much pain Mama was in.

More like that’s her 20 something year old daughter and same or 30 something year old son waiting for their mom to finally poop out their baby brother. I know a few who got remarried in their late 50s , had children close to 35 already and wound up getting pregnant by another guy. Either way, age 30 or oreven at almost 60, these women’s bodies are amazing to still be able to give birth to a human being at this ohh so late stage in her life. Beautiful.

professorpregnant I've never seen this method applied at a homebirth before. It seems really forceful and unnatural, But thats just my opinion. But at least the baby was born safely..

We never do this at our hospital. It is uncalled for and can cause problems! Maybe as a very last resort if the shoulder is stuck. But this type of practice has not been allowed for 15 years.
