As someone who has had zero interest in idols: after seeing Ladybeard's energy on Trash Taste, I'll have to say Babybeard is my first true Japanese idol fandom experience. The two songs so far rock and I love the energy. Also, having subtitles is great for us who are Japanese language deficient. Hoping they'll eventually perform in NYC, 'cause I'll definitely show up.

Met Ladybeard at A Coruña last month and he’s so lovely 🥺 he doesn’t speak Spanish and not many people spoke English so he did his best to convey his feelings through his actions (many flying kisses and energy and smiles 💜). I love the juxtaposition between kawaii and metal looks and sounds (like babymetal). I have a feeling this group is going to get pretty big. Keep up the awesome work guys! Thank you, Babybeard. Ever since this song came out, I’ve been returning to the video to make myself feel happier. The world deserves more content like this. Now I am back again after months of not watching, and I’ll say it helps. I just broke up with my boyfriend a few days ago and it was my first relationship. Very very hard, but this song carries a powerful, positive message. I will have to replay it if I have any more doubts about the break up again. I will find someone who makes me happier in the future. I’m still young after all. Maybe I’ll find a Babybeard fan lol. That’ll be the best thing ever.
