Tips For Taking Toddlers To Disneyland - Our Full Day Park Hopping With Mila And Maya!

I recently took Mila and Maya to Disneyland and we park hopped to Disney California Adventure. It was a full day of fun and I am taking you with us! I try and share some helpful hints that I live by when taking my kids to the Disney Parks. I hope you find some use out of a few. Especially if you are heading to the parks with toddlers in tow! Girl, you should give Mila the camera and let her narrate Disneyland through her eyes (a kid’s eyes) I don’t think I’ve ever seen a channel do that before. She’s really smart and seems excited to talk about her favorite things. Of course you don’t have to do this all day, just every time y’all visit a restaurant or ride etc. put it all together in a vlog. Other kids watching would eat that up. Kinda like the little girl who used to do her own makeup tutorials. Those monster high makeup videos. Look it up if you don’t know what I mean. I’m a video editor so of course I’m always trying to create new concepts. Sending hugs!!

My husband and I were debating on leaving our 2yr old behind with my parents and just take our 7 and 13 year old. Your video encouraged me and let me know that we can take her along and still have a great time. Seeing your sweet girls happy face reassured me that my 2 year old would enjoy herself as well. Aww that is awesome!! Listen, is it easier to take just the big kids. YES! But is it worth it taking the little ones for the memories and seeing the wonder and magic in their faces?! TOTALLY! Thank you for this! Planning a first time wdw trip with a 5 yo/ 18 mo…double stroller or single? I feel like Mila is a champ but I’m conflicted lol

How fun! Maybe double if your five year old isn’t used to walking a ton in one day. Plus standing in line, a double might give them a nice break. If I gave Mila that option she would take a break haha! But we don’t have a double 🤣 I hope you have the best time! ♥️

Dear parents! Let the kids choose their favourite Disney Parks souvenirs!!! When the kids are very good, then they deserve more souvenirs. Every good behaviour kid should have 1-2 bags of Disney Parks souvenirs: plush toys, toys, mini figures, bubble blower, Mickey ears, t-shirts, jacket, drinking bottle, and some pins or magnets and etc. Please buy only those Disney Parks souvenirs, what the kids very want!!!! I know many Disney souvenirs are very expensive, but when the kids are very good all the times, then sometimes they deserve these things!!! Please be kind parents and make Your kids very happy with these Disney Parks souvenirs, what the kids have chosen and don’t say NO all the times, when the kids very deserves those Disney Parks souvenirs for good behaviour!!! Thank you so much for your comment! I think every parent should handle souvenirs their own way pending on behavior, budget and whatever else they need to consider :) Since my girls go nearly once a week souvenirs are not a thing. Totally agree with rewarding good behavior :)

Just a curiosity: where was the buggy when you went for the rides with the kids? I know, it seems stupid question but I’m wondering where I can leave the buggy while riding 😂

There is stroller parking all over :) I typically park it nearby the ride exit so it’s close when we get of the rides.

I wonder if my 2 year old will get scared on a ride like pirates

Maya loves the ride she just holds on tight during the little drop at the beginning. It is dark for a while at the start so they might be a little timid but after the drop and the song kicks in it is fun. I say give it a try and see. The good thing is they can sit in your lap so you can easily comfort them if you need to :)
