Don't agree. Mark is kind of a drip tbh and the actor couldn't sing and had his singing voice dubbed. At least Brent who played Matt was actually a singer/guitarist in real life.

I remember this episode. I can see why Lorena is the way she is. Her father isn't as great a character himself. I miss Jenny & Matt. I still like Seasons 3 & 4, but it's not the same.

I really hope that lorena learnt her lesson when she sprained and hurt her knee skiing and it was the old man who came to her rescue and that she was grateful to him. i hope that that experience humbled her a bit and taught her a lesson in how to treat people in the future and how to keep her word in the future about doing work and making sacrifices and about why people do things, many times people do things not to receive any money or any credit or anything, they do it because people need help, this is why community service organizations exist.

The song that jake wrote for jennie was sung much better by matt. I still miss matt and jennie from seasons one and two. I like some episodes from seasons three to five but after the characters of lorena and mark joined the cast, except for a few selected episodes, i think the quality of the show was not as great.

California dreams was never the same after Matt and jenny left the show because these two characters were the originals, they really sang, and it was their band. It was matt's dream to start a band and he did it with a group of friends who had the same chemistry and like minded ness. That kind of thing is very hard to find. It takes a lot of commitment and a lot of hard work to do this. After jake joined the band it was still okay. After sam joined the band it was still okay. In season 2. But, i think things started going downhill when the characters lorena and mark were introduced in season 3

agreed. i didn't like mark or lorena. mark didn't sing at all and lorena was introduced because after the matt moved away, lorena's family bought matt's house and added an extra loft or finished the garage, which became the band's practice area. Also, sam moved in with lorena's family because she needed a place to stay
