It is QUITE debatable. R Kelly, despite his personal flaws, is the artist mostly referred to as The King of R&B and has a massive catalogue of hits as well. Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis have a very strong list of songwriting and production credits as well.......

how you know you lived a really good life......for every one of those songs he just did.....i can remeber where i was, where i lived , and who i was with...when i heard each an every one of them......wow, good memories hardly any bad ones. except when my mom died, wich i try not to think about.
