Babyface won R&B Male Album of the Year for his album "Tender Lover" on March 14, 1990. He was competing against Bobby Brown's album "Dance!...Ya Know It!", Quincy Jones' album "Back on the Block", and the Luther Vandross album "The Best of Luther Vandross... The Best of Love". Babyface's "Tender Lover" album was released in 1989 and featured 4 singles..."It's No Crime", "Tender Lover", "Whip Appeal", and "My Kinda Girl".

+Alex Clarke I'm pretty sure I don't have that. The Soul Train videos I have are mostly from 2001-2006, when Shemar and Dorian hosted. But I have several (not all), but several, Soul Train Awards footage on tape from the late 80s and the 90s, but I don't have much ST Awards footage from the 2000s on.
