As of 10/10/24 I can't find Kendamil OR Loulouka. I heard that Loulouka has been discontinued because the manufacturers were tampering with the quality. Kendamil UK and US have different formulas.

Would love an updated version of this, especially now that kendamil is fda approved! If it's fda approved, is it OK to use from birth to 12 months??? It says stage 1, but not stage 2 is available in the the US like the stage 1. Target readily sells kendamil, so what's the deal? I'd love to switch to this, as it's cheaper than enfamil, and better (imo!) But need to know if it's safe for babies past 6 months.

I’m in the same situation like you. I’m europeran and I only trust in Europeans brands. I do use the one they sell in target but I really wanna upgrade to stage 2.

On the target website Kendamil answers questions that customers ask about the product. Kendamil said you can use stage 1 from birth up to 12 months.

@@shandyeable yes you can but formulas stage 2 from 6 months are more complete. I’m gonna keep using this one cause it’s defining y the cleanest of all and try to giver her iron and good vitaminas from homemade purées of veggies cereal and fruits.

Goat milk is always easier on digestion and doesn't have the same protein and is a much better option for babies.

Yes, I dilute with hot water. My son is 9.5 months so I use cooked boiled water or tap water ( I know some may not agree) but that's my way.

Hello I love your videos very informative. I was wondering I gave my baby that is 4 months old stage 1 loulouka within 10 after giving it to her she started to break out (hives) would the kendalmill be a better choice? If not what formula would be good for her?

I had that problem when I was trying to nurse my son. It just got too painful to nurse/pump. I originally tried my son on US infamil (he immediately was more fussy, gassy, uncomfortable). So I looked up some organic formulas and came across kendamil. I saw some really good reviews so I tried it. He loved/loves it! We even switched to the toddler formula before now as I'm weaning him to a whole milk option like fairlife - ultra filtered. Hope that helps.

My son was on it from 6 months to a year old since I am a low breast milk producer. I’m pregnant again and wondering if I can supplement from birth with Kabrita? Hello, Is Whey Protein Hydrolysate different from Whey Protein Concentrate. My son came home on Gerber Gentle but started having reflux,now I switched him to Similac Comfort and his reflux mostly gone. I see they both have whey but one says Hydrolysate the other is Concentrate.

Wouldn't worry too much about that. It's the additional rat/mice droppings and bugs I'd be worried about. Plant where it's made in the UK is a bio hazard.

I was informed by an organic start rep that loulouka changed their formula because a research article stated that whole milk can lead to childhood obesity therefore they had to change to skimmed milk. I was disappointed

doubt it... all we had for decades was whole milk and obesity was not a thing... it is since we removed HEALTHY FATS and added SUGARS to virtually EVERYTHING that obesity has become prevalent

No wonder it got recalled. The plant where it's made in Kendal, UK is absolutely disgusting. They have issues with bugs, mice and rats and the place is ripe for being shut down (which it should have been years ago when it was Farley's). I'm surprised Environmental Health hasn't been round and put a prohibition order on them. Wouldn't even chance buying any product made by this company.

@@klawlor3659 stop spreading false information. The reason they were recalled (not just them but also Holle, Hipp and another one I can’t remember) was because the formulas contain insufficient levels of iron and did not meet FDA standards. So chill !

I'm so confused with the European conversions and concentration. So what is the fat percentage for the Kendamil per 100 cal? My baby was a preemie, and because she isn't gaining enough weight, my Pediatrician gave us a secret recipe to boost her weight. I'm thinking if I buy this formula with whole milk, it may help her. She is taking Similac 360 which is 5.6g of fat per 100 calories (5fl oz)

@@andreagarcia3934 nannycare is the best you can get imo but even nannycare has things I wouldn’t want my child to consume, once your baby can start eating solid food I would recommend raw cow or goat milk if they sell it where you live, if not find low temp pasteurized milk at Whole Foods that’s not fortified with D3
