@@Essence56 i never name called, i was under the assumption it came from a place of ignorance. My apologies. Theres a lot of diff reasons. From secondhand experience its usually cause of jealousy, whether its jealousy over the father’s attention and affection or them just wanting their own baby with said father, they try to cut their step daughters ties with their fathers for their own selfish gain. A man definitely would for multiple reasons too. Plenty of men unfortunately do choose a woman over their own kids hence why theres so many deadbeats, or they just pretend that their wives can do no harm all. Or in some cases the step-mothers would put on a mask in front of the father knowing the daughter’s very loved and abuse her when he isnt looking
