⚡ 💕 / 💃 If you look up "lit" in the dictionary, this song starts playing. This music video had the studio audio with footage from the LA Forum concert in October (their first arena show in the USA), and one of the Osaka Jo Hall concerts from November. Supporting dancers were Riho Sayashi (Japan) and Momoko Okazaki (USA). I was at the LA Forum show. This was the opener (and world debut).

I was at this concert where it was recorded, first time they ever performed it. It was amazing! Actually i think this is a mix of two shows, The Forum and another one in Japan, I was at The Forum.

It definitely has a throw back to the first album and has hints of the song Iine. Very pop and a great guitar breakdown. This album was a surprise for me. I don't know why but I expected a dark or somber feel after the all the drama in 2018. But the more I listen to this the more I love it. It's the perfect progression of this band. Already excited to see what's next. Great reaction.

I agree that the songs grow on you... And my bet is that they'll continue to grow as we witness the second half of the songs : the performing of them :). I absolutely love the high energy and the cute dancing to this. If this song makes it to the EU tour setlist I'll be dancing like crazy on this ! I love Moa's dancing :). At this point I'm pretty sure this'll be included in the setlist. But I don't know which song they'll throw out... Hopefuly it isnt headbanger though :D. If I had to choose one for them to drop it's Elevator Girl, definetly one of the weakest songs of them imo.

Glad I checked this out as it’s not link and sync. Anyway I love this song but am a bit biased because it takes me back to being at the concert. The Kami band were way behind the girls, which is very different to when they are on simpler stage setups. Also, due to the masks the Kami band didn’t have the same stage presence. They were good live but nowhere as near as entertaining as when you can see the joy on the faces that the more regular members have without masks.

I agree but since they had to use a different band for the US shows, they brought in the masks to keep focus on the girls. It's a bit of a bummer but a small complaint in the large scheme of things.

Yuibot agree, a small complaint and it certainly didn’t impact the awesome atmosphere at The Forum. The masks were in my opinion a stupid idea anyway. It was obvious they were different musicians. They should also give each avenger is a mic so that they can add to the vocals. It would also be really interesting to se each avenger paired up with Moa for something like GJ!

@@busyjt I totally agree. Momoko, Riho, and Kano can all sing and the older songs have something missing without Yui's voice. They should also give them pigtails like Moa too IMO. I would love to see the return/resurrection of Black Babymetal. Moa can sing great now, judging by her 20th bbday performance of Headbanger, she should get more singing parts. She's said in recent interviews she doesn't like to be on stage alone so that's one reason they dropped her doing GJ! solo...but the Avengers could do it.
