Crowd interaction is truly one of Babymetal's super powers. One does get the feeling that everyone in that crowd feels addressed personally somehow.

Great react & thanks for the free patreon link. This is one of their best for crowd interaction and as you say they do it sooo well. i almost laughed at Momo's stern face though on 'get low' they are too cute for that, Moa uses the pout and Su the massive grin, she seems to not use the death stare so much. That was Momo doing the spoken & 'are you ready' growl , but not i think actually live. Legend MM 2024 is my favourite concert (both nights) if i wasnt agoraphobic i'd have sold my brothers soul to be there.

Even though I love Metali, I always dread it when I'm at live shows. At my age, getting low (and then getting up again) after standing around for four or five hours is always a major challenge. I was in the pit right down the front, just in front of Momo for this performance and I jumped up and down and then got low even though I knew I would regret it afterwards. In some ways, Metali is kind of a callback to Megitsune. If you watch the music video, there are a lot of elements that are very clearly referencing the original Megitsune music video. It's also by far the most Japanese (in terms of the culture's influence on the song) since Megitsune.

"Wasshoi Wasshoi Wasshoi Wasshoi!" Great reaction - thanks for posting it for free on Patreon after it was blocked. Metali is a made up word mixing Metal with Matsuri (festival) and the song is about a Metal Village holding a Metal Festival, so this is always going to just be good straight fun. They have a shamisen playing throughout the whole song. The Kami Band intro is always fire (yes as always with the Kami Band there are two guitarists, one bassist and one drummer). Tom Morello was guest guitarist for this song, as you saw. You can see just how much fun they have performing this one and getting the whole crowd to "get low" (many creaking and aching knees complain at that part, but everybody still gets as low as they can). This was the first song they recorded after Momometal became an official member and she even got her own solo section with the Kabuki Theatre part ... then "showing her fangs" with the "Are you ready?" scream added for live shows.

Great reaction! It's too bad it got blocked 😔, but thank you so much for putting it up on Patreon for free! "Oh girl, you know my knees can't do that!" Let me tell you, at their show in DC, we ALL got down to our knees when the Queen commanded. Even the "senior citizens" in the crowd 🤣. So, Alexa, you ain't got no excuse! Haha. I think you ended up recognizing Tom Morello later on. He's the legendary lead guitarist of Rage Against the Machine and is known to make his guitar sound like turntables lol. 🤘🦊

⚡ 💕 🍑 / 🦊 🏮 Our newest and youngest member has been "showing her fangs". Su and Moa are quite proud of her. So far we've heard Momoko's growls in this song, her LEGEND MM version of 'Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!', 'Meta Taro' and 'RATATATA'. Su has said in interviews that BABYMETAL has added a new weapon. : )

Thank you for posting YOUR REACTION ON PATREON that was in your description. Metali is a really fun song that my knees hate! But when Su-Metal commanded me in Toronto last year, to get low, this 57 year old obeyed. I was totally exhausted at the end of the concert but it was one of the best experiences I ever had! Please ignore the wombat who posts nothing but negativity on every single post. I think blocking or banning might be an answer. 🤘🦊🤘
