⚡ / ☂️ 🌈 It's heart breaking watching Su sing that as a 16 year old. Beautiful as this version was, she was even better at Tokyo Dome when she was 18. And she performed the best version so far at 'Legend S' in her home prefecture of Hiroshima to celebrate her 20th birthday. The guitarist on the left, Leda Cygnus is officially credited with the arrangement of this song. He also played guitar and bass on the studio version. 'No Rain, No Rainbow' is a rare one. Even though it had its live debut in 2013, it's only been performed five times, and never outside of Japan. They really like to reserve this song for special occasions.

Yes this is a very sad song - BABYMETAL don't have many sad songs but when they do they are so good at what they do that that they make it really sad - Su just makes you feel every emotion. It is a good job most of their songs are happy and uplifting or we would all be in a permanent state of depression ... and BABYMETAL are more about lifting us out of depression and making us enjoy life.

Oh my goodness.. to see your sweet emotions for this incredible song from this incredible band Babymetal has made my day.. I'm a 60 year old that's been on stage for 40 years.. and there's no other band that has touched me like these guys.. even without your beautiful daughter that you have mentioned several times , you have proved yourself to have a great understanding of how music can touch your soul.. we love you for that.. tell Ericka we missed her..

I just LOVE No Rain... To me that's Suzukas best ballad and I get goosebumps every damn time i listen to it (if I'm lucky, sometimes I even shed a tear). Her voice is so great, whatever this girl sings. That's probably why we call her the Queen. Thx for reactin to this beautiful song. This was Budokan Black Night in 2014, so she was only 16 here!

Nice one, thanks! Very beautiful and emotional song. It destroys me emotionally every time and I still keep watching it hehe... No, really, Suzuka kills it even at 16 years old (on this video) despite her doubts about her own performance. Okay, Legend S version is absolutely stunning but that only proves that she keeps getting better and better. She's awesome and she's known as the Queen for things like this.

No Rain No Rainbow is a complex song which Su-Metal has performed in several ways. In Legend 1999, it’s about refugees, when Mikio Fujioka passed away, it seemed like a lament. But always, full of deep emotion and sadness. People cry, but feel better after. Sometimes, I feel the name should be “All rain, No Rainbow.” There is no resolution. It’s about bad things that don’t go away, but we manage to bear with them and continue. To an Irish person, it is a wonderful song.

U should react to the videos from legend s baptism xx concert videos,it got more feel to it since she grown more mature and can express more emotion,and also because that was the last concert for mikio(rip) and the first show without yui,but i wont complaint,every babymetal show was a great show..keep it up

"A sad rain throws a rainbow far away." A very sad song indeed! And it only gets better and better as Su grows and matures. As her vocals get more and more stable, she puts more and more emotion into her performance of this song and its just more and more phenomenal each time! But even here, at just 16yo, she blows us all away! But really, most if Su's solos are sadder/darker in overall tone..... There are several opinions about what this song was made about other than the obvious message of having to experience sadness to appreciate happiness and such. A few people say it was made in response to a natural disaster that left many as refugees, and many say it was a tribute to Yui (even though the song was made years before Yui left). So again opinions vary. But even without all that, the message in the song is enough to make it emotional for anyone. While its nice seeing you and your daughter be able to connect over these videos, you by yourself (with us of course!!) is also nice. And maybe even especially for such a serious song from Babymetal. Although it would be interesting to see how different generations react to this song together. In any case, great reaction!!! Looking forward to more! Gonna recommend my current fav Rondo of Nightmare with Mischiefs of God intro live at Budokan Black Night. Kitsune up! \m/
