Immediately after this performance Babymetal jumped on a plane, flew overnight half way round the world to London, drove half way across England and were on stage again at the Glastonbury festival just after midday. These girls work hard.

⚡ 💕 / 🌶 🌞 This is a Summer festival party song. Matsuri Da! (It's a festival!) I wasn't aware of him before this collaboration, but F.HERO is a well known rapper in Thailand. His rap was all in Thai. The lyrics in the rap section even mention Som Tam (spicy Thai papaya salad). : ) This one was filmed at Yokohama Arena on the second of two nights, so everyone knew to bring a towel to wave, or to get one from the merch stand before the show started.

While Su-metal sings about a "spicy summer song" and a "crazy summer dance", Fucking Hero (yes, that's his name) raps in Thai about making papaya salad and going to the pool. F. Hero said he made his rap sound like making papaya salad because you have to keep hitting the papaya. This was recorded on the second day of their Yokohama Arena performances in mid 2019, both days were sold out 20,000 person crowds. This is the studio audio over the performance video though, the music video was released only a couple days after the performance!

I know this is a 2 year old video but I've been loving your reactions! I'm deep down the fox hole recently! I saw Gimme Chocolate when it first came out and I was fascinated and loved it, but I didn't do a deep dive and sort of unfairly wrote them off as a one trick pony gimmick. Boy .. was I wrong! I still have a ton of their material to listen to so I'm excited! I loved this one for sure, it's awesome seeing our girls all grown up and continuing to kick EVERYONE'S ass!

You know the one thing I've noticed since Yui leaving... and I think this video was the first time it was overly apparent to me, is how little solo shots there are of the Avengers, be it in this video or the live performances. I mean, I can probably count on one hand how many times Kano got a solo camera shot in this video vs. how many Su and Moa got them. I get BM is "officially" Su and Moa at the moment, but Riho, Momoko, and Kano are all busting their butts up there as well and get little love for it. And it's a shame, because they are all fantastic performers in their own right.

It is a song about the Green Papaya resort in Thailand. They are singing about having a nice festival with the hot boys and spicy girls and everybody having fun. F.Hero raps about the food they serve there, like papaya salad and fish etc. and about the girls getting their bikinis and jump into the pool. EDIT: You should do a reaction video on Babymetal - Amore ... One of the Su-Metal solo songs ;)

Hi! I think you should take a listen to "Love Again" by Pentatonix. It's one of their originals, I think you'd really like it. PS: If you wanna get away from the kinda formulaic bass drops that seem to be in some of Voiceplay's songs (to me it actually seems like it's mostly the ones arranged by Geoff, which I get. When arranging it's hard not to give yourself a fun part and maybe some spotlight, lol), I suggest their cover of "Something Just Like This"! It's one of their older ones from before J. None officially joined the group, but I just stumbled upon it recently and I've really enjoyed it! PPS: Just finished watching the video, never heard this before. Definitely not what I'm used to in terms of metal music, lol! But it was super good! Enjoyed watching your reaction as well, of course.

It's a lot of fun live. Actually it's a summer song about the papaya fruit. :-) The rapper is from Thailand and raps in the Thai language about Thai spicy and sweet papaya salad how it's a metaphor for life. Sometimes life is spicy and sometimes it's sweet.
