I'm Japanese . There is no singer who has both beauty and good singing like Su-Metal (the lead singer of Babymetal) 'in Japan' , I think . She is 24years old now . She belongs to the biggest entertainment company in Japan and is a famous singer and talent from when a child . When you have a hard time , you should listen 'no rain no rainbow' by BABYMETAL . Your soul would be fulfilled by the God blessing , I think .

Good first reaction and welcome to the BABYMETAL Galaxy. The Budokan is a martial arts arena built for the 1964 Olympics but now also the most prestigious venue for concerts it is the place Japanese artists aspire to play and few of them actually get there. This was March 2014, Su was just turned 16, Yui and Moa 14 and they are the youngest average age female band to ever headline - and they sold it out two nights running ... no small feat when you also consider these shows marked the launch of their first album. These were the shows where the Kami Band became their full time support for all live shows. When BABYMETAL started in 2010 they sang and danced to pre-recorded instrumentals on a backing track. When they started doing their own small shows they had guys dressed in skeleton suits (called Babybones) on stage miming the instruments. The Kami Band was phased in gradually from October 2012 playing at a couple of festivals and playing the encores in a few shows. Kami means god or spirit, so they are the gods of guitar, bass and drums summoned from the dead to support BABYMETAL in all live shows ... which also explains the traditional white burial robes and corpse face paint. At the end or 2017 the white robes were replaced with black and since the start of 2019 the corpse face paint has been replaced with masks. The Kami Band are some of the absolute best session musicians to be found in Japan. They all have their own bands and projects, so there have been a lot of Kami Band members, but the same hard core of about 6 have been with them almost from the start and are the ones you will see in most videos. In this video we had Leda Cygnus (blue guitar), Takayoshi Ohmura (gold guitar), BOH (6 string bass) and Hideki Aoyama (drums) For the 2019 US tour and 2020 UK and Europe tour the Kami Band of the West (American musicians) supported BABYMETAL, probably because the tours were their longest yet and there will have been logistic issues with clashes of dates, visas and so on making it difficult for all the Kami Band of the East members to be there for every show. Suzuka Nakamoto (Su-metal) is an exceptional vocalist. The whole concept of BABYMETAL was formed and developed around her vocal talents and extraordinary stage presence - even though she was still only 12 when they formed in 2010. 'Rondo of Nightmare' is possibly the darkest of their songs lyrically, Su is caught in a recurring nightmare running through the dark from something she can't see. In the part you remarked on with her looking like she was almost suspended in mid air (yes that will have been deliberate - everything at their concerts is carefully planned and crafted) she is hiding in or by a fountain, but whatever has been chasing her is still coming closer and accepting there is no escape she asks that if she is to die won't it at least show itself to her. This is one of the more 'traditional metal' style songs. You have some real surprises in store if you react to more BABYMETAL. They have songs in virtually every metal genre, but they will also mix and blend in many other musical styles and genres with the metal - usually when you least expect it ... and they somehow make it all work and sound like the best song ever in whatever style they are doing. I see 'Ijime, Dame, Zettai' (you can call it IDZ) live at Sonisphere UK 2014 has been suggested ... I will second that - and all other suggestions you may get for more BABYMETAL.

BabyMetal is the only Asian group to ever hit #1 on Billboards Top Rock Album chart 3. Lars Ulrich of Metallica took his wife to a BabyMetal concert so that in his words "she could see the awesomeness of BabyMetal" 4. Cory Taylor of Slipknot was asked who he listened to at home and he said "BabyMetal" 5. They performed their most famous song Gimme Chocolate with The Red Hot Chili Peppers 6. They performed Gimme Chocolate with Dragon Force 7. Brien Welch of Korn got on stage to perform Gimme Chocolate with them. 8. They performed the Judas Priest classics Pain Killer and Breaking the Law with Rob Halford of Judas Priest 9. Two of their songs GImme Chocolate and Road of Resistance have been named as the one of the most important metal songs of the last 10 years 10.The three girls, Su Metal, MoaMetal and YuiMetal were named in the list of Women Who Have Changed The Face of Metal In the Last 20 Years If you want to know what to listen to next I would suggest Head Banger - Legend of 1997 concert for the full BabyMetal effect.

⚡ / 🔥 😱 🔥 That was a sixteen year old Su. : ) She premiered the song the night before, at Budokan Red Night. Rondo is easily in my top ten BABYMETAL songs. Su performed three solos that night. She did 'No Rain, No Rainbow', followed by 'Akatsuki' earlier in the set. Yui and Moa (as Black BABYMETAL) did two songs without Su ('4 no Uta' and 'Onedari Daisakusen'), and they performed a bunch of songs together. That Black Night Budokan concert from March 2014 is still one of my favorite BABYMETAL concerts. Not only is Su brave enough to sing and dance on a tiny elevated platform in the dark, but she is also fearless enough to follow those Kami Band solos.

Nice reaction! As you have noticed, BABYMETAL's shows have a really high entertainment value. There's so much going on, and whatever aspect you concentrate on, you'll notice that it's on an insanely high level. But since this is a Su solo song, there are a few elements that are missing in this particular song: Usually there are two additional dancers and background vocalists. This further sets them apart from other Metal bands and may seem quite strange at first, but it makes such a difference in hyping up the crowd. And this is the second element, the crowd interaction. BABYMETAL fans are a passionate bunch, and that reflects in their participation. It also helps that most songs are tailored towards this and have specific sections for the crowd to join in (mostly lead by the two dancers). This elevates them above every other band (at least in the Metal genre) when it comes to entertainment value, in my opinion. If you'd like to see what I'm talking about, please check out "Headbanger" at the "Legend 1997" show.

I think Alestorm are happy metal, but they aren't positive and inspirational.

These guys in the band have covered and filled in for many bands. From DragonForce to Slipknot. On tour when people are sick or other.

There is no dub track she just with her voice is super clear and still gets over the band that is literally told NOT to tone it down so the singer can get through.

love the vocal effect of making the voice sound like a old time record,,she done this by pressing the mic onto her nose and singing away from the mic instead of into it,,it makes it sound tinny

I'd love to see Baby Metal in the Tokyo Dome like they are playing here. Was fortunate enough to see them in Las Vegas before the pandemic in late 2019. So much energy from them.

I saw them in NYC on that same tour. That show was awesome.

That part with the voice filter was a nice homage, i'm guessing to ALI Project who laid a lot of the groundwork for this kind of stuff, especially the puppet suspended on strings is a favorite aesthetic of theirs, plus the costumes.. overall this song is definitely produced as a nod to everyone who makes it possible, with the instrumentalists playing a solo each in the beginning. I like to imagine this song represents a possible future of artistic expression without talent agencies exploiting teenagers, even though this is exactly that.

i just checked your youtube and as i thought before, yes you probably never know the name of this metal band. Voice of Baceprot is a metal band consisting of three girls. I really recommend this band for you to listen to and make a reaction. try to listen to their songs like (not) public property, God (allow) me please to play music, or school revolution. They're an amazing band and have quality, you won't regret it.
